Quality control is a very important part of P53 Smart Foods. We inspect every batch to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality food products from us. We want to earn your trust. All the staff at P53 Smart Foods consumes the products we make. If we won’t eat it, we will not sell it.

• Total Coliforms <500 CFU/g

• Escherichia coli None Detected at <10 CFU/g

• Salmonella Negative in 25g

• Staphylococcus aureus None Detected at <25 CFU/g

• Yeast & Mold <1000 CFU/g

Storage Conditions: Maintain in a cool dry environment away from oxidation, heat or sunlight.

Humidity 30-50% at <20 ˚C / <68 ˚F
